Hi and hope you are well. Today I’ll be reviewing the Sasatinnie hand mask in Peach flavour. It contains Ginkgo, Peach and Rose extracts.
Sasatinnie is a brand that you can find in Sasa, it is a widely known Asian beauty chain within the Asia. They have an online store that sells a vast range of Asian and Western beauty brands, they also ships internationally. Their own line of Sasatinnie products are mostly made in Korea. Price range is very competitive to other brands.
The hand mask is a pair of white plastic gloves lined with a line cotton mesh; the gloves are lightly filled with hand care lotion. The first thing I’ve noticed is the delicious peach scent. It doesn’t smell of sweet fake peaches, it really does smell like peaches! I might pick up the hand lotion just for the scent!
Gingko extract – for improving circulation
Peach extract – contains hydrating properties
Rose extract – contains hydrating and soothing properties to help with deeply moisturising the hands
Instruction is very easy to follow:
1. Clean hands and pat dry
2. Wear these gloves for 15 to 20 mins
3. Remove gloves and massage the leftover essence into the hands
To use, I only have to wear these gloves for 15 to 20 minutes. After that, I massaged the excess lotion into the hands as instructed. The skin does feel hydrated and I’ve lost the tight “dry skin” feel. Please see summary for my overall verdict!
I have the “BEFORE” and “AFTER” pictures of my hands.
Price: $3.99 USD, the sasatinnie hand gloves were on offer for $1.99 when I purchased them.
I would recommend to use a hand mask for twice to three times a week to keep them in tip top conditions!
For me, I am unlikely to repurchase this. The essence left on the hands after the treatment could feel a little bit waxy (it won’t get absorbed into the skin), and it only felt a little bit nicer after a hand wash. The moisturising effects on the hands lasted about half a day if I do not continue the care with hand lotions. I much prefer the “Soap & Glory Hand Glove” as overnight treatment with a pair of cotton gloves. The result was dramatic and more long-lasting.
Hand masks are still new to me, I probably do 50 face masks before I remember to use one hand mask.
Do you use hand masks? How do you look after your hands?
Thank you for reading and have a great start to your week!
