Good afternoon!
What can I say? I love lip tints and lip tints do not love me back. Whenever I wear lip tints, I enjoyed how long lasting they are and how they tint the lips in lovely shades. But after a day’s wear, I would get sore and cracked lips. I hate cracked lips! I’ve been trying to soothe them using creamy lip masks, smother them with lip salves and balms. So far, they’re working but very slowly. Then I remembered I have couple of these jelly lip patches!
I always wondered if they work or not. So I’m giving them a try today.

This Sally’s box version is the Berry Berry super plumping and moisturising lip patch. First of all, they look hugmunous compare to my thin lips. I believe I could have cut them in halves and use them on two occasions if I wanted to 😛
The lip patch doesn’t smell too berry-like, the scent is faint and it fades after couple of minutes.
The patch was sat in a tiny amount of essence inside the tray. The jelly form made it super slippery to hold! But it only took couple of minutes to settle.
I’m posting the following picture for comedy value only.

It looks ridiculous but kinda funny.

Instructions:
1. Open packaging and remove the lip patch carefully from it.
2. Split the top and bottom patches and apply onto lips (I didn’t feel the need to, as I ain’t going to talk to anyone or eat anything while it is on my face!).
3. Leave on for about 10 to 20 minutes.
4. Remove patches and pat the essence into lips.
It is recommended to use this lip treatment twice a week.

Summary:
This is a very affordable lip treatment, it has fun factors but the patch doesn’t hydrate the lips for too long. The lips did feel slightly better and slightly more plump! I would suggest to apply a balmy lip balm afterward to help with locking in the nutrients.

Where to buy:

Memebox has a Sally’s Box value set for $45, containing 14 sheet masks, 7 body masks (including the lip patch) and 3 delight masks.

TesterKorea.com is selling the single lip patch for around £2.80 (5000 Korean Won / $4.60USD)
