“This box was curated with users in mind.”
Memebox asked FB groups what products that have used up and happy to see in a special box. These are the items suggested and chosen by Memebox. It is very difficult to make everyone happy, so a warmly received box is pretty hard to achieve. Well done thou!
- Enesti Rice & Milk Foaming Cleanser 120ml, RRP $15
This gentle foam cleanser is formulated using mineral rich hot spring water and enriched with rice and milk extracts. This foams up very nicely with rich and foamy bubbles. I do prefer gentle non-foaming cleanser, but I will give this a try as long as it does not dry my skin out!
- Boutique Bebe Hair Salon Argan Oil Essence 60ml, RRP $31
This hair treatment contains argan oil essence to help deliver moisture and nutrition to any dull and dry hair.
I like all of the hair care products from Memebox at the moment. Everything seems to work very well! This Argan oil essence does not feel heavy on my hair (which is thick and straight with kinks!). It does make my hair feel slightly more manageable, so it is a keeper for me 🙂
- Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence 60ml, RRP $18
Benton is a very well regarded company (bar that only time when their products were contaminated and caused people issue with breakouts!). Benton produces many products in their Snail Bee high content range. Snail Bee range is recommended for people with oily and acne prone skin. This clear gel-like essence contains a high percentage of snail filtrate, making it very effective in aiding skin repair.
It does not feel sticky on the skin and it gets absorbed fairly easily.
I am a newcomer to the “Snail Bee” gang, and still head over heels in love with most of the products. I am currently using the High Content Essence and Steam cream, and I love what they are doing for my skin 🙂
For use, cleanse face thoroughly and apply toner, apply essence before ampoule and serum.
This essence will be my “back up” bottle! Happy bunny!
- Secret Nature From Jeju Peeling Gel 150ml, RRP $29
I love peeling gels, my all-time holy grail is “Ginvera” marvel gel and I had been using that for over 10 years.
All these new Korean peeling gels with newer formulas are also very tempting. I often use peeling gels instead of face scrubs, for which I feel peeling gels are much gentler and easier to use. I highly recommend peeling gels if you have not tried them yet, as it removes dead skin as effective as facial scrubs.
To use, apply pea sized amount to dry skin and start to massage the area in small circular motions. Small beads will form as the gel extracts skin impurities and pick up any dead skin.
- Purederm Cacao Nose Strips 6ea, RRP$6
This is pack of nose strips, yes. Why is it special? Because each strips smell of chocolate/cacao! When I first discovered these, there was an exciting moment… until I find them not so great to use. It does remove blackheads and dead skin, just not as effective as my trusty Biore nose strips. If you do find Biore too harsh to use on your nose, you might want to check these out.
I received my first pack in Cutiepie Marzia box 3.
- Evas Rose Mine Perfumed Hand Cream 60ml, RRP $12
I received the Gleaming Bijou option. I welcome any hand cream as long as they are not greasy.
- Purebess Galactomyces 80 Eye Cream 50ml, RRP $20
A 50ml eye cream for $20. Enough said. Well, the fact that I find this eye cream really effective just push this cream to my top “eye-cream” spot!
This eye cream is made from fermented yeasts as the main ingredient. If you ask me six months ago, “Do you want to put fermented stuff; donkey oil; snail slime on your face”. It would be a big fat no. It’s funny how it only took me months to convert, but I would only believe when I see the results.
Yes, this is a fantastic box containing 7 full sized products that are totally useable. I am very happy to receive this and already am loving few of the items I have tried so far.
The total meme-retail* value of this box is $131 and the cost of this box was $32 plus shipping.
Thanks you for reading and have a lovely week! Catch you again soon. xx
